1. 서비스 개요

Subline(이하 "앱")은 ForgeLab이 개발한 macOS용 미디어 플레이어입니다. 앱은 사용자가 추가한 영상과 음성 파일을 재생하고, Apple의 온디바이스 프레임워크를 이용해 자막을 생성하며, 생성된 자막을 파일로 내보내는 기능을 제공합니다.

2. 이용 조건

  • 앱은 사용자가 시청하거나 청취할 정당한 권리를 가진 미디어 파일에 사용해야 합니다.
  • 앱으로 생성한 자막의 이용에 따른 책임(저작권 등 관련 법령 준수를 포함)은 사용자에게 있습니다.
  • 앱을 역설계, 재배포하거나 관련 법령에 어긋나게 사용해서는 안 됩니다.

3. 자막의 정확성

  • 자막은 자동 음성 인식으로 생성됩니다. 결과의 정확성과 완전성은 보장되지 않습니다.
  • 법률, 의료, 안전 등 정확성이 중요한 용도에 자동 생성 결과를 그대로 의존해서는 안 됩니다.

4. 구매, 구독 및 환불

  • 앱 다운로드는 무료입니다. 무료로 사용자의 영상과 음성을 모두 합쳐 100분까지 재생할 수 있고, 실시간 자막은 영상 3편까지 만들 수 있습니다. 앱에 기본 포함된 샘플 영상은 두 한도 어디에도 포함되지 않습니다.
  • 재생과 실시간 자막 무제한, 자막 내보내기(SRT, WebVTT, 텍스트), 재생목록 전체 자막 분석 무제한은 앱 내 구매(Subline Pro)로 열립니다.
  • Subline Pro는 세 가지 방식으로 제공됩니다: 월간 자동 갱신 구독, 연간 자동 갱신 구독, 1회 결제로 계속 이용하는 평생 이용권(비소모성 상품). 가격은 App Store와 앱의 결제 화면에 표시됩니다.
  • 구독 요금은 구매를 확인할 때 사용자의 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다. 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간, 같은 가격으로 자동 갱신되며, 갱신 요금은 기간이 끝나기 전 24시간 안에 청구됩니다.
  • 구독은 App Store 계정 설정에서 언제든 관리하고 해지할 수 있습니다. 해지해도 이미 결제한 기간이 끝날 때까지는 Pro를 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
  • 구매 내역은 동일한 Apple 계정으로 로그인된 다른 기기 또는 앱 재설치 시 "구매 복원" 기능으로 복원할 수 있습니다. 별도의 회원가입은 필요하지 않습니다.
  • 환불은 Apple App Store의 환불 정책을 따릅니다. 환불 요청은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 하실 수 있습니다.
  • 이 약관과 함께 Apple의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(EULA)이 적용됩니다.

5. 데이터

  • 재생목록, 재생 위치, 생성된 자막 캐시, 설정은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 개발자는 별도의 서버를 운영하지 않으며 사용자의 데이터를 수집하지 않습니다.

6. 지식재산권

  • 앱과 Subline 브랜드, 로고에 대한 권리는 ForgeLab에 있습니다.
  • 사용자가 추가한 미디어 파일과 그로부터 생성하거나 내보낸 자막 파일에 대한 권리는 사용자(또는 원저작권자)에게 있습니다.

7. 면책

  • 앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, 개발자는 특정 목적 적합성을 보증하지 않습니다.
  • macOS 버전, 언어팩 미지원 등 기기 환경으로 인한 기능 제한에 대해 개발자는 책임을 지지 않습니다.
  • 사용자의 미디어 파일 관리(백업 포함)는 사용자 책임입니다. 앱은 원본 파일을 수정하거나 삭제하지 않습니다.

8. 약관의 변경

본 약관은 필요 시 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 사항은 본 페이지를 통해 공지됩니다.

1. Service Overview

Subline ("the App") is a media player for macOS developed by ForgeLab. The App plays video and audio files you add, generates subtitles using Apple's on-device frameworks, and exports the generated subtitles to files.

2. Conditions of Use

  • Use the App only with media files you have a lawful right to watch or listen to.
  • You are responsible for how you use subtitles generated by the App, including compliance with copyright and other applicable laws.
  • You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or use the App in violation of applicable laws.

3. Accuracy of Subtitles

  • Subtitles are produced by automatic speech recognition. Accuracy and completeness are not guaranteed.
  • Do not rely on automatically generated results for purposes where accuracy is critical, such as legal, medical, safety, and similar contexts.

4. Purchases, Subscriptions & Refunds

  • Downloading the App is free. For free, you can play up to 100 minutes of your own video and audio in total, and create live captions for up to 3 videos. The sample clip bundled with the App does not count toward either limit.
  • Unlimited playback and live captions, caption export (SRT/WebVTT/text), and unlimited whole-playlist analysis are unlocked through an in-app purchase (Subline Pro).
  • Subline Pro is offered three ways: a monthly auto-renewable subscription, a yearly auto-renewable subscription, and a lifetime unlock bought once (a non-consumable product). Prices are shown on the App Store and on the App's purchase screen.
  • Subscription payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • You can manage or cancel a subscription anytime in your App Store account settings. After canceling, Pro stays available until the end of the period already paid for.
  • Purchases can be restored on other devices signed in with the same Apple Account, or after reinstalling the App, using the "Restore Purchases" feature. No registration is required.
  • Refunds follow the Apple App Store refund policy. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • Apple's Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies together with these Terms.

5. Data

  • Playlists, playback positions, cached subtitles, and preferences are stored only on your device. The developer operates no servers and collects no user data.

6. Intellectual Property

  • The App and the Subline brand and logo belong to ForgeLab.
  • Rights to media files you add, and to subtitle files generated from them, remain with you (or the original rights holder).

7. Disclaimer

  • The App is provided "as is," without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
  • The developer is not liable for feature limitations caused by the device environment, such as macOS version or unavailable language packs.
  • Managing (and backing up) your media files is your responsibility. The App never modifies or deletes your original files.

These Terms may be updated when necessary. Changes will be announced on this page.
