이용약관

본 약관은 까꿍(Kkakkung, 이하 "앱")의 이용에 관한 조건을 규정합니다. 앱을 다운로드하거나 사용함으로써 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. 서비스 개요

까꿍은 아기의 웃는 순간을 자동으로 감지해 촬영하는 iOS 카메라 앱입니다. 웃음 감지, 촬영, 톤 적용, 저장, 음성 인식 등 모든 처리는 사용자의 기기 안에서 이루어집니다.

2. 요금 및 결제

까꿍은 Apple App Store에서 1회 구매하는 유료 앱입니다. 구매 시 모든 기능이 제한 없이 제공됩니다.
인앱 결제, 구독, 광고, 추가 요금이 없습니다.
동일한 Apple ID에서는 기기 변경·재설치 시 추가 비용 없이 다시 다운로드할 수 있습니다.
결제는 Apple App Store가 처리하며, 환불은 Apple의 정책을 따릅니다.

3. 콘텐츠 및 소유권

앱으로 촬영·저장한 사진·영상·클립의 모든 권리는 사용자에게 있습니다. 개발자는 해당 콘텐츠에 접근하거나 사용하지 않습니다.

4. 자동 감지의 한계

웃음 자동 감지는 온디바이스 분석에 기반한 보조 기능으로, 조명·각도·표정에 따라 웃음을 놓치거나 웃음이 아닌 순간을 촬영할 수 있습니다. 까꿍은 촬영 결과의 완전성이나 특정 순간의 포착을 보장하지 않으며, 중요한 순간은 수동 촬영 및 "방금!" 기능을 함께 사용할 것을 권장합니다.

5. 올바른 사용

사용자는 본인 또는 정당한 보호 권한을 가진 아동의 촬영에 한해 앱을 사용해야 하며, 타인의 초상권·사생활을 침해하는 방식으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다. 관련 법령을 준수할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.

6. 책임의 제한

앱은 "있는 그대로(as is)" 제공됩니다. 개발자는 앱 사용으로 발생하는 데이터 손실, 촬영 실패, 기기 문제 등에 대해 관련 법령이 허용하는 범위 내에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 촬영한 사진은 별도로 백업하시기를 권장합니다.

7. 약관의 변경

본 약관은 필요에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 변경 후에도 앱을 계속 사용하는 경우 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

These terms govern your use of Kkakkung (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Kkakkung is an iOS camera app that automatically detects and captures your baby's smiling moments. All processing — smile detection, capture, tone, storage, speech recognition — happens on your device.

2. Pricing

Kkakkung is a paid app purchased once on the Apple App Store. The purchase includes every feature with no limits — there are no in-app purchases, subscriptions, ads, or additional charges. You can re-download the app at no extra cost on the same Apple ID. Payments are handled by the Apple App Store; refunds follow Apple's policy.

3. Content & Ownership

You own all rights to the photos, videos, and clips you capture. The developer never accesses or uses your content.

4. Limits of Automatic Detection

Automatic smile detection is an assistive, on-device feature. Depending on lighting, angle, and expression it may miss a smile or capture a non-smiling moment. Kkakkung does not guarantee capture of any specific moment; use manual capture and the "Just now!" feature for important moments.

5. Acceptable Use & Liability

Use the App only to photograph yourself or a child in your lawful care, without infringing others' privacy or likeness rights. The App is provided "as is"; to the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for data loss, missed captures, or device issues. Please back up your photos separately.
