개인정보 처리방침

까꿍(Kkakkung, 이하 "앱")은 아기의 사진과 소리를 다루는 만큼, 프라이버시를 가장 앞자리에 둡니다. 이 앱에는 개발자 서버가 없습니다. 촬영·웃음 감지·음성 인식·저장이 모두 여러분의 기기 안에서만 이루어지며, 아기의 사진·영상·목소리는 기기 밖으로 전송되지 않습니다.

1. 수집하지 않는 정보

까꿍은 다음 정보를 수집·전송·저장(서버에)하지 않습니다.

아기의 사진, 영상, 웃음 클립
부모의 목소리 녹음 및 마이크 입력
얼굴 데이터, 생체 정보
이름, 이메일, 전화번호 등 계정 정보 (계정 자체가 없습니다)
위치 정보, 광고 식별자, 사용 추적 데이터

2. 기기 안에서만 처리되는 정보

다음은 기능 제공을 위해 여러분의 기기 안에서만 처리·저장되며, 개발자는 접근할 수 없습니다.

카메라 영상: 웃음 감지와 촬영을 위해 실시간으로 분석됩니다. 분석은 Apple의 온디바이스 Vision 프레임워크로 이루어지며, 프레임은 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
사진·영상: 촬영 결과는 여러분이 선택한 경우에만 기기의 사진 앨범에 저장됩니다.
부모 목소리 녹음: 사운드보드 재생을 위해 앱 내부 저장 공간에만 보관됩니다. 언제든 설정에서 삭제할 수 있습니다.
음성 인식("까꿍" 감지): Apple의 온디바이스 음성 인식으로 처리되며, 오디오는 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.
기록·설정: 아기 이름·생일, D+day, 일별 촬영 수, 톤 설정 등은 기기에만 저장됩니다.

3. 카메라·마이크·음성 인식 권한

앱은 다음 권한을 기능 제공 목적으로만 사용합니다.

카메라: 실시간 미리보기, 웃음 감지, 촬영
마이크: 부모 목소리 녹음, "까꿍" 음성 반응
음성 인식: "까꿍" 한마디 감지 (온디바이스)
사진 추가: 담은 사진·클립을 앨범에 저장 (add-only)

모든 권한은 iOS 설정에서 언제든 철회할 수 있으며, 거부하더라도 가능한 범위의 기능은 계속 사용할 수 있습니다.

4. 네트워크 사용

까꿍은 정상 동작을 위해 인터넷 연결을 필요로 하지 않습니다. 앱은 아기의 사진·영상·음성을 네트워크로 전송하지 않습니다. 결제 및 앱 다운로드는 Apple App Store가 처리하며, 이는 Apple의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.

5. 제3자 제공 및 광고

까꿍은 어떠한 제3자에게도 데이터를 제공하지 않으며, 광고 SDK·분석 SDK·추적 도구를 포함하지 않습니다.

6. 아동의 개인정보

이 앱은 아기의 사진을 다루지만, 그 데이터는 보호자의 기기 안에만 머무르며 수집되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 앱이 관리하던 목소리 녹음·기록·설정도 함께 삭제됩니다. (사진 앨범에 저장된 결과물은 iOS 사진 앱에서 별도로 관리됩니다.)

7. 결제 및 구매

까꿍은 Apple App Store에서 1회 구매하는 유료 앱이며, 인앱 결제와 구독이 없습니다. 결제 정보는 Apple이 처리하며 개발자는 카드 정보 등에 접근하지 않습니다.

Kkakkung is a baby-smile camera that treats your baby's photos and sounds as the most private data there is. There is no developer server. Capture, smile detection, speech recognition, and storage all happen entirely on your device. Your baby's photos, videos, and voice never leave your iPhone.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store on any server: your baby's photos/videos/smile clips, parent voice recordings or microphone input, face or biometric data, account information (there are no accounts), location, advertising identifiers, or usage-tracking data.

2. Processed Only On Your Device

Camera frames are analyzed in real time for smile detection using Apple's on-device Vision framework and never leave the device. Photos and clips are saved to your Photo Library only when you choose. Parent voice recordings are stored only in the app's local storage and can be deleted anytime. "Kkakkung" keyword detection uses Apple's on-device speech recognition. Records and settings (baby name/birthday, D+day, daily counts, tone settings) are stored only on your device.

3. Permissions

Camera (preview, smile detection, capture), Microphone (parent voice recording, "Kkakkung" voice response), Speech Recognition (on-device keyword detection), and Photos add-only (saving captures) are used solely to provide these features and can be revoked anytime in iOS Settings.

4. Network, Third Parties & Children

Kkakkung needs no internet connection to work and never uploads your baby's photos, videos, or audio. It contains no advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and shares no data with third parties. Because the baby's data stays on the guardian's device and is never collected, deleting the app also deletes the voice recordings, records, and settings it managed.
